01 Executive Summary
The Objective
Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) generate vast amounts of sales data but often lack the infrastructure to extract meaningful insights. The objective of Cocopan Insights was to architect a data pipeline and visualization dashboard that could ingest raw, unstructured sales metrics and translate them into a highly readable, strategic format.
The Approach
I led the data cleaning, structural modeling, and UI design phases to ensure the final dashboard was not only mathematically accurate but also accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
- KPI Tracking: Focused on visualizing profit margins, high-performing SKUs, and seasonal sales trends.
- Accessible UI: Designed a minimal, high-contrast dashboard layout to prevent data fatigue and highlight critical action items.
